Attractive and elaborate designs can be manufactured with modification to the inner construction in order to meet specific ballistic ratings. Our doors are hinged on a steel frame and a matching wood casing can also be applied. The casing and steel construction are made to match the same luxurious appearance and ballistic resistance of the door. All of our Wood BR products utilize a ballistic resistant core tested and certified to meet the fLl1 threat spectrum mitigated by Underwriters Laboratories Standards for Bullet Resisting Equipment (UL-752) and NIJ Standard 0 108.0 1 -Ballistic Resistant Protective Materials.
